Insight Northwest Recovery (INR) is hiring dynamic, mission-driven therapists. Grounded in our work with adolescents, young adults, and families in Eugene and Springfield, INR has also brought its trusted, trauma-informed care model to Salem. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of something meaningful in either location!

At INR, we specialize in treating youth and adults (ages 12+), with a focus on mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our care is identity-affirming, community-centered, and deeply rooted in evidence-based practices.

As a therapist in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), you’ll work with clients ages 12 and up, supporting them through emotional, behavioral, and substance-related challenges. You’ll lead group, individual, and family therapy sessions within a structured, empowering care model.

This position is open to both licensed and associate-level clinicians.
