Welcome to Insight Northwest Recovery, LLC (“Insight Northwest Recovery,” “INR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions explain the general terms that apply when you use our website, contact our practice, communicate with us electronically, use our phone or AI-assisted phone systems, or opt in to receive text messages from us.

These Terms and Conditions are intended for public website use. They do not replace any clinical consent forms, treatment agreements, financial agreements, release-of-information forms, informed consent documents, privacy policies, or other paperwork that may apply if you become a client or patient of Insight Northwest Recovery.

Insight Northwest Recovery provides behavioral health services for individuals experiencing mental health and addiction-related challenges, including assessment, therapy, group services, treatment planning, multidisciplinary collaboration, care coordination, and related administrative services.

1. Use of Our Website

The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. Website content should not be considered medical advice, mental health advice, substance use treatment advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for speaking directly with a qualified professional.

Use of our website does not create a therapist-client, prescriber-client, provider-client, or other clinical relationship with Insight Northwest Recovery.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, thoughts of self-harm, or feel unable to stay safe, call or text 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.

2. No Emergency Services Through Website, Text, Email, Voicemail, or AI Phone Systems

Insight Northwest Recovery’s website, text messaging, email, voicemail, online forms, and AI-assisted phone systems are not emergency services.

Do not use these communication methods for urgent or emergency needs.

If you need immediate help, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call/text 988 for mental health crisis support.

Do not wait for a response from Insight Northwest Recovery if you believe you may be experiencing a medical, mental health, medication-related, or safety emergency.

3. Communications With Insight Northwest Recovery

You may communicate with us through phone calls, voicemail, email, text messaging, website forms, AI-assisted phone systems, secure platforms, or other communication tools.

Although we take reasonable steps to protect privacy and confidentiality, some communication methods may involve risks, including delays, technical issues, misdirected messages, or unauthorized access. Please avoid submitting urgent clinical information through general website forms, text messaging, voicemail, email, or AI-assisted phone systems unless specifically instructed by our team.

Insight Northwest Recovery may use communications you provide to respond to inquiries, coordinate care, route messages, support administrative functions, and follow up with clients or prospective clients.

4. AI-Assisted Phone Systems

Insight Northwest Recovery may use AI-assisted phone systems to answer general questions, collect basic information, route calls, summarize messages, or notify staff when follow-up may be needed.

AI-assisted systems do not provide therapy, diagnosis, medication advice, substance use treatment advice, crisis counseling, emergency services, or clinical decision-making.

Calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or logged so our team can follow up accurately. By continuing to use an AI-assisted phone system after being notified that the system is AI-assisted and/or recorded, you acknowledge that information may be collected and routed for follow-up.

If you do not wish to interact with an AI-assisted phone system, you may contact Insight Northwest Recovery during business hours to speak with a staff member.
