Michele Morgan
Director of Operations
Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to mission-driven work and to building strong organizations, meaningful relationships, and healthier communities.
At INR, I help lead the operations, communications, relationships, and systems that support our staff and the care we provide. I’m deeply passionate about wellness and believe in caring for the whole person—physically, mentally, and spiritually. That belief is a big part of why the work we do at INR means so much to me. Providing critical mental health and addiction treatment for teens and adults, often when individuals and families need us most, is work I’m incredibly proud to be part of.
I bring more than two decades of experience in organizational leadership, community engagement, communications, and nonprofit management to my role at Insight Northwest Recovery. Prior to joining Insight Northwest, I served as Director of Development and Communications at CASA of Lane County and also as Interim Executive Director. There, I led fundraising, communications, and community engagement in support of children and families throughout Lane County—experience and relationships that continue to shape how I approach my work today.
Outside of work, the most important part of my life is my family. I’m the proud mama of three daughters and Gaga to four amazing grandchildren. I love being outside and feel incredibly blessed to call beautiful Oregon home. I’m also a fan of just about every sport—I love the dedication of athletes, the stories behind the competition, and especially a great underdog story. From the Olympics and March Madness to cheering on the Oregon Ducks, I’m usually happy anytime there’s a game on!
