Stephanie enjoys applying her organizational strengths to a field with genuine human impact. Supporting a team dedicated to addiction recovery allows her to contribute to her community in an environment where individuals receive the care they need to rebuild their lives.

Stephanie’s previous career included roles as an application security consultant, sales support specialist, and finance professional. These positions sharpened her attention to detail, project management abilities, and capacity to manage complex systems—skills she now utilizes to support the smooth operation of the clinical programs.

A well-organized and reliable practice creates the stability necessary for both clients and clinicians to thrive. Stephanie enjoys a background support role in helping others succeed.  

While she is not a clinician, Stephanie recognizes the critical importance of a well-run practice in creating stability and trust for both clients and staff. She chose to work at INR because of its reputation for compassionate, evidence-based addiction treatment and its commitment to helping individuals and families achieve lasting recovery.

Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys fiber arts, particularly felting, which offers a creative and meditative outlet. She also cherishes spending time with her grandchildren, finding great joy in creating lasting memories together.

Stephanie’s previous career included roles as a leader for a successful start-up in the field of application security, a project manager in a services consultancy, sales support specialist, and finance professional.
