My path to Insight Northwest Recovery has been built upon nearly a decade of navigating complex healthcare systems, primarily in the Eugene area. As a Call Center Lead and Patient Access Representative, I gained expertise in high-volume case management, coordinating appointments, verifying complex insurance and funding eligibility, and facilitating support for clients with diverse needs. This experience has honed my ability to remain calm while de-escalating complex situations and to provide compassionate, non-judgmental care under pressure. I am deeply committed to equity and access, ensuring every person receives the timely, high-quality service they deserve, especially when dealing with sensitive health matters. I chose to join Insight Northwest Recovery because its commitment to holistic, person-centered care aligns perfectly with my patient-first philosophy. I am eager to apply my strong background in organizational management and care coordination to support a team that leads with empathy and integrity.

My commitment to the mental health and recovery field is deeply personal. Growing up, I experienced firsthand the isolating and devastating effects of addiction and mental health challenges within my family, which ultimately included the loss of a loved one. These experiences revealed how critical and often elusive compassionate, consistent support can be. This challenging personal history fuels my passion—it is why I've dedicated my professional life to being a steady, reliable presence for those navigating difficult experiences. I was drawn to Insight Northwest Recovery because its focus on empathy, integrity, and holistic care directly aligns with my belief that genuine healing is possible when support is authentic and unwavering.

Outside of my professional life, I focus on balance and connection. I love reading, taking long walks with my dog, and enjoying moments with my family, including cooking in the kitchen with my two girls. These activities help me recharge and stay connected to the things that matter most.

My career is founded on over nine years of immersive experience within the healthcare and access systems in the community. In my time working as a Call Center Lead & Patient Access Representative, I managed complex, high-volume appointment scheduling, funding eligibility screenings, and demonstrating precision in coordinating care across different settings. I have a proven track record of handling complex inquiries, complaints, and escalations with care and professionalism. My focus has always been to provide compassionate, patient-centered service while successfully deescalating difficult situations.I gained significant leadership experience overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, and task completion as a Call Center Lead. I also contributed to the updating of Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring continuous improvement in communication and workflow efficiency. My experience working with an OHP CCO provided deep insight into benefits, claims, and appeals processes.
