Rhys Conger

Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe to explore your past, present, and goals for the future. My style is collaborative, non-judgmental, and transparent. I believe strongly in the healing power of learning, connection, and humor.

I became interested in becoming a therapist as a teenager, after having a positive experience with it at a time when I felt especially isolated and overwhelmed. I found having my own dedicated space, to process and explore my thoughts and feelings, to be deeply helpful. I believe strongly in working collaboratively with others and I aim to be a kind and supportive resource for you on your journey.

My approach is client centered and strengths based, which means I believe you are the best expert on your own life and I'm here to support you on the goals you want to work on. Whether it's just needing a space to vent, wanting to fill out some therapy worksheets to discuss, or taking a mindfulness walk, let me know what you think would be most helpful and we'll figure out what we can do. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for you to explore your symptoms, how they fit into your past and present, and what you want from the future. I'm passionate about helping others and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

In my personal life, I enjoy trying new recipes, playing video games, and listening to audio-books while I cook. I also enjoy watching reality television and spending (arguably too much) time on the internet.
